Residents must bring and present a recent utility bill or their copy of The Manchester Message newsletter as proof of residency for participation. Each participant can bring up to 5 banker’s boxes and/or paper bags of documents. Plastic covers, binder clips, binder notebooks, and spiral notebooks are not accepted.
